How the program works.
Full terms of the Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic Loyalty Program. Ask at the front desk to join.
Points are earned on services at a rate of up to 5% of the amount spent (exclusive of GST) in a single transaction, and on referrals (5% of the first treatment of each referral). Points are awarded only once full payment for services and products has been received — by cash, card, gift card or pre-paid card.
The minimum redemption is 1 point (= ₹1). The maximum redeemed in one transaction cannot exceed 50% of the outstanding balance of that transaction. Rewards can only be redeemed once and are then removed from your account.
Yes. Points expire 180 days from the date of issue. The clinic may change the expiry date of any reward at any time without prior notice.
No. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates or credit notes.
Rewards can be earned alongside other offers or promotions, but can only be redeemed with another offer at the clinic's discretion. Certain items and promotions may be excluded.
If a pre-purchased product or service that earned a reward is refunded, the reward is forfeited. For an exchange to a lesser value, a full return is processed first and the original reward is forfeited; any new purchase earns rewards under these terms.
Periwinkle Clinic may add promotional rewards at its discretion (notified by email or SMS) and reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary rewards without notice. The clinic is not liable if rewards cannot be redeemed due to technical failure.
