Clients of the Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic Loyalty Program will be entitled to receive Loyalty Rewards in the form of points earned from services with a minimum rate of (up to) 5% for every (exlusive of GST) in a single transaction.

Loyalty rewards are accrued on the purchase of the services and referral (5% of 1st Treatment of each referral).

Points are awarded only when full payment for services and products has been received. Points are awarded to payments made by cash, Visa, Mastercard by gift card and pre-paid card.

At its sole discretion, Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic may update a client account with a Reward as a consequence of purchasing behaviour incentive and/or promotional activities. Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic will notify the client via the email or SMS of their entitlement to any additional Rewards.

Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.

Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

Rewards are earned on the value spent each (1) transaction at Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic. Reward points can be earned from multiple transactions but the earning value of the rewards is the total value spent in each transaction.

The minimum number of reward points required for redemption is 1 (= $1). The maximum number of points redeemed in one transaction can not exceed 50% of the outstanding balance of the transaction.

Expiry date for points awarded is strictly 180 days from date of issue. Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without prior notice.

Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift certificates or credit notes.

Rewards can be earned in conjunction with other offers or promotions in line with the terms and conditions of the loyalty program but can only be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or promotion at the discretion of Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic.

Rewards can only be redeemed once and earned rewards will be removed from your account.

Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason, but specifically in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware failure.

Refunds & exchanges: If a client wishes to refund a pre purchased product or service that has not yet been used, or for any other reason at the discretion of Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic, and that product or service has previously earned a Reward, the Reward earned from this purchase is forfeited. If a client wishes to exchange a product or service for a lesser value, Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic will process a full return first and any Rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited. If a subsequent exchange purchase warrants a Rewards based on the transaction amount then the customer will earn Rewards on the subsequent purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Loyalty points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or gift certificates.

Loyalty points may only be used with other promotions or offers at the absolute discretion of Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic.

Loyalty points can be redeemed in any branch of Periwinkle Cosmetic Clinic.
